3.4. Baasa Cloud may suspend or cancel domains that violate laws, third-party rights, or our policies.
4. Web Hosting Services
4.1. Baasa Cloud provides hosting services with a 99.9% uptime goal.
4.2. Hosting packages include server resources, email accounts, backups, and security features as specified.
4.3. Customers must not use hosting services for illegal activities, spamming, hacking, or violating copyright laws.
4.4. Baasa Cloud reserves the right to suspend services in case of abuse or non-payment.
5. Website Design Services
5.1. All design projects are delivered according to agreed specifications, timelines, and payment terms.
5.2. Clients must provide accurate content, images, and branding materials.
5.3. Baasa Cloud retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless confidentiality is requested.
5.4. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
6. Payment Terms
6.1. All prices are stated in USD (or local currency where applicable) and exclude applicable taxes.
6.2. Payments must be made in full before services are delivered.
6.3. Baasa Cloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
6.4. Refund policies depend on the type of service and will be clearly communicated during purchase.

9.3. Liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service causing the issue.
10. Termination of Services
10.1. Baasa Cloud may suspend or terminate services for breach of these Terms, illegal activity, or non-payment.
10.2. Clients may terminate services by submitting a request in writing. Outstanding fees remain payable.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes arising will be resolved in accordance with Ugandan jurisdiction.
